1. Employees aren't being forced to wear masks 2. Plant is not making 6ft accommodations 3. Plant is not frequently cleaning and when you check in everyone uses the same pen without anyone sanitizing. 4. The 3rd shift is even more relax and NO ONE wears a mask.
