1. The office is open and doing aerosol-generating procedures and the staff has been without proper respirators and were not informed. 2. The practice owner/dentist did not answer questions regarding the authenticity of the masks and whether they were NIOSH certified or off the current approved KN95 list. 3. Multiple employees said they failed fit tests and said the respirators were counterfeit. 4. The risk management team have not provided the name of the respirator manufacturers. 5.
