COVID issues: 1. Several employees has tested positive for the virus. 2. We are entering the plant through the turn style and there is no sanitizing solutions anywhere in the plant. 3. Employee temperatures are checked using the same unsanitary thermometer on all of the employees. Regular d-letter issues: 1. There is mold. 2. There is dangerous unknown liquid substances all over the floor and on the machines. 3. The inside of the building is horribly filthy.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
