1. Workers have been exposed to residents with Covid-19 and C-diff and are not told. 2. An employee informed other employees that a resident had it but did not name the resident who was infected. Nursing staff will not name the resident. 3. Management waited until the last minute to tell staff to wear masks and did not say why. 4. Workers come to work coughing and the other symptoms and are still required to work regardless of how they mark their symptoms. 5. Staff was supplied with one mask and pair of gloves.
