Unsafe work practices that increase exposure of COVID-19 to employees. Employees who are sick or believed to be exposed aren't encouraged to stay home but to come to work. Employees who are immune compromised and high risk Individuals aren't allowed to work from home even when their work can allow them to. Employees have been threatened with termination if Covid-19 matters pressed further. Lack of supplies (masks, sanitizer, disinfectant) for staff. Masking is not strictly enforced.
