The employer is trying to force the employees to wear the same KN95 masks for 30 days. They change gowns every day and face shields every 3 to 4 days. They try to have the employees keep the masks for 30 days. Employees work in a COVID-19 positive unit. They are testing the residents and they have all of the positive residents in the same room together, sitting right next to each other, not six feet apart. This has gone on since the first positive case, for over a month. They did not start testing residents until the day before one of residents passed away from COVID-19.
