Employer not disinfecting/deep cleaning work place. Employer not providing PPE such as gloves, masks, face shields, etc. Other: We are offered hand sanitizer, but it is is not alcohol-based, but instead it is benzalthonium chloride based, which is far less effective than alcohol-based products.
