1. The site is not performing contact tracing for COVID-19 exposure when positive cases are known to be present. 2. Employees working in the robotics and manual departments/areas do not wear face coverings, thereby potentially exposing employees to COVID-19. 3. In the Big Bang cell in the rear of the facility, various Samsung CNC Machine door safety interlocks do not function or are removed exposing employees to moving parts/amputation injuries. Approximately eight machines on this cell do not have safety interlocks.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 25
