1. Employees are testing positive for COVID-19 as a result of the employer allowing sick employees to remain at work in Air Belt, Underloading, and Irregulars areas. Instead of prohibiting sick employees from working, the employer asks that sick employees to stay away from others. 2. Signs are posted requiring the use of face coverings/face masks; however the employer fails to enforce the policy. 3. The facility (i.e. Small Sort) is "outrageously filthy" and hasn't been cleaned and disinfected since the start of the pandemic.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 2
