1. There have been several cases of COVID-19 at the facility, but the employer is not notifying employees. 2. Employees, who have been exposed to other employees with the virus, are not being quarantined or tested. 3. No cleaning or sanitizing has been done, including rooms such as the breakroom and restrooms, as well as shared equipment. 4.
