There have been about ten positive cases of COVID-19 in the last month and a half and employees are concerned for their health: 1. Employees are not provided with gloves. 2. There has been no cleaning and sanitizing conducted in the facility. 3. The employer is not informing employees of the cases or discussing any precautionary measures to be taken to prevent the spread of the virus. 4. Social distancing is not being practiced. 5. Temperatures of employees are not being taken prior to coming into the building. 6. Employees are coming back to work after being tested for the virus, rather than quarantining while waiting for the results. Employees have found out that they were positive while they were at work and could have exposed other employees. 7.
