1. Employees that are sick, or having symptoms of COVID-19 without a fever, are being told to continue working. Several employees have tested positive for the virus afterwards and could have exposed other employees that were in contact with them. 2. The employer is not notifying employees that they may have been in contact with employees that tested positive for COVID-19. 3. No cleaning or sanitizing has been done following notification that employees have tested positive for COVID-19. 4.
