Since the onset of the pandemic, no COVID protocol has been followed or enforced by the store owner. There is no signage on the entrances about mask requirements. The owner does not wear a mask. The owner does not require employees, vendors or customers to wear masks or to social distance. There are no sanitation measures in place. When customers ask if they have to wear a mask, the owner tells them they do not have to.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
