Employer is not enforcing that masks be worn by employees. Employer is not enforcing that employees physically distance themselves between employees and patients. Employer is not ensuring that all common spaces and frequently touched surfaces be cleaned and disinfected at the end of each shift. Employer is failing to notify employees of potential exposures to individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 that were present in the workplace. An employee tested positive for COVID-19, is symptomatic, and is working in the office without following the return to work requirements.
