The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a.) Common areas and frequently touched surfaces are not regularly cleaned and disinfected. b.) Social distancing is not being enforced. c.) Employees known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 are allowed to report to and remain at work. d.) CDC Guidelines were not implemented following close contact between employees known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19. e.) Employees are not informed of positive COVID-19 cases in the workplace. f.) The wearing of face coverings/masks by customers is not enforced for employees in customer facing positions.
