The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) The wearing of face masks/covering is not being enforced. b) Administrative and work practice controls are not in place to allow for adequate social distancing due to the number of employees/occupants in the facility.
