1. Proper procedures are not being followed in accordance to CDC guidelines for a COVID-19 exposures and employees are not required to quarantine. Employees that are showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are allowed to continue working at the establishment while awaiting test results potentially exposing other employees/workers to COVID-19. 2.
