DSW is not sending sick employees home, which resulted in someone who came to work for 2 days with covid symptoms, who tested positive for covid, to potentially infect 6 or more employees, and who knows how many customers. They are allowing employees who were in close, prolonged contact with this person to continue working, weather tested or not, with the public. They worked together without masks with the covid positive employee, and then failed to tell employees until we had already been at work for hours.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-01
