1.Employer has not properly handled positive or suspect COVID-19 employees at the Northern Quest Casino. One employee became sick and tested positive for COVID-19 on 9/21/2020 and the employer did not notify other employees. The employer also did not perform extra sanitization of the facility. 2.No disinfecting is occurring. Major touch points are only cleaned with vinegar. 3.The employer did not train on precautions of COVID-19. 4.There are no plastic barriers where customer interactions occur except at the cash register. 5.Multiple employees take a break at the same time.
