3409 Main Street, Vancouver, 98663 Washington, United States

All employees and residents are possibly being exposed to COVID-19 because our administrator believes wearing masks does nothing and it is all political hubbub. He refuses to wear a mask, ever. Even when within 6 feet of our vulnerable residents, as well as employees. We have 166 apartments and everyone is at risk. Even after being reminded that all employees must wear masks, he refuses.
