'- Workers work within 6 feet of each other. - Dr. provided thermometer in July to check patient temperature but even if they have a fever they are still seen. - Provider does not purchase enough masks or gloves for employees to wear. - Dr. not accepting telehealth for patients that have been in close contact with positive COVID cases and still requiring them to be seen as well as if they are sick themselves. - Not purchasing enough cleaning supplies so the office only gets wiped down at the end of the day regardless if someone sick comes in or has a fever. - Requiring workers to come in to the office even if they have been in close contact with a positive COVID case when they should be at home with a 14 day quarantine as per the Governor.
