05/13/2020: 1. Covid 19 testing is not being done on Patients or Employees. 2. Mammography patients are within inches of the Mammography technologists with only surgical masks to protect technologist and patient either wearing a surgical mask, scarf, homemade mask or bandana. Unable to provide service from safe social distance. Due to close contact N95 masks should be provided to technologists. 3. Patients are sometimes overscheduled resulting in crowding in the lobby and patients waiting for multiple modalities unable to properly socially distance in waiting room. 4. Although employees and patients temperatures are taking daily and guidelines in place that no one can work with 100+ temperature a patient with a 100+ temperature was allowed to have a CT exam. The employee taking the patients temperature triaged it to management after patients temperature was taken multiple times with all results over 100 degrees. Management approved the patient to have his CT exam and although they had him wait in his car he was brought through front door and lobby and escorted down hallway to CT area potentially exposing other patients that were in the facility. Management did not require the patient to have any Covid 19 testing prior to having his CT exam performed. This incident occurred this past week. 05/26/2020: Frontline mammogram technologists are not being provided N95 masks even though social distancing is not possible with these procedures. Technologists are only offered surgical masks although they are inches away from patients faces. Also, screening for temperature is being done but patients with fever greater than 100 degrees are allowed in without COVID-19 testing therefore potentially exposing patients and employees.
