Hazards are found throughout the Courthouse. Hazard locations include 1. Courtrooms throughout the building (and particularly the GA courtroom on the basement level), 2. Hallways and meeting areas throughout the building, 3. The Clerk's Office in Room 2B, 4. Attorney-client meeting spaces throughout the building, 4. In-custody attorney-client meeting booths (located on the basement level), and 5. Security checkpoint at the entrance to the building. Hazards are found throughout the Courthouse. Hazard locations include: 1. Courtrooms throughout the building. 4. The Clerk's Office in Room E-327, C203, 2B, and 1A 5. Courtrooms throughout the building (particularly rooms 1Q, 1R, 1S, 1T, and 1U on the first floor and room GB on the basement level). 4. Attorney-client meeting spaces throughout the building. 5. In-custody attorney-client meeting booths and booths located on the basement level. 6. Security checkpoint at the entrance to the building. Employees are frequently subjected to "High Risk for Transmission" scenarios when interacting with in-custody clients, and also when interacting with out of custody clients at arraignments, pretrial hearings, and other court proceedings. The Court not requiring adequate masking. The Courts have also not put up sneeze guard mitigation devices between defense counsel and clients. Employees responded generally that they do not believe that Court is adequately enforcing the most protective public health guidance.
