700 5th Avenue, Seattle, 98104 Washington, United States
1. Several civil workers and linemen have tested positive for COVID-19. 2. The city has not informed other employees who may have been exposed until weeks afterwards or not at all on an official basis. 3. The city hasn't cleaned vehicles. 4.Covid -19 exposed vehicles are not marked as under quarantine. 5.City light hasn't provided any FR mask options which meet the CDC recommendations for non-medical masks. 6. It is impossible to comply with both the CDC safety recommendations AND the PPE requirements when the masks provided cause safety glasses to fog up. Anti-fog glasses do not work effectively. 7. There is no accountability for mask wearing when not indoors in a city building. A few employees (most of whom are older and presumably at higher risk) wear masks most of the time. 8. Other than the high risk employees, the majority of the employees are not wearing masks to help ensure the safety of their colleagues. 9. Some employees are fearful of bullying or other harassment by coworkers if they make a complaint through City of Seattle channels.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-07
