UV-PHI system used to sanitize buses; a pilot of 2 buses going on now. Per management, UV converts moisture in air to H2O2 at concentrations of 0.02 ppm. Driver experiencing upper respiratory irritation. [note -- delay is due to considering this part of abatement on previous cleaning violation; was told that H2O2 monitoring would be done but it hasn't been so initiating phone/fax
