Initially when the outbreak began, high touch areas were regularly cleaned by all staff. Now only one person is responsible for cleaning, and it is not being done regularly. Front end check stands are only cleaned at a shift change when customers are not present. This may result in the area going longer than an entire shift without being sanitized.
