There is hot manufacturing equipment and with high temps outside, temperatures inside production area of facility are reaching 120 degrees F in the back. They only recently allowed employees to drink water at their work station but there's no ice or way to keep it cold. There are a lot of ESL employees and they are told to sign the daily COVID check-in form stating that don't have a temp, aren't sick and have no sick family, without understanding what they are signing. Employees must bring their own masks; wearing them makes it feel hotter. They can't social distance based on equipment layout.
