The casino had approximately 800 guests at one time during the New Year's Eve "bash". The employer did not enforce the wearing of masks/facial coverings while a few of the guests were clearly displaying cold like symptoms. Security officials were not taking temperature checks of all the guests entering the facility. Employees were told that if they didn't come to work then they would no longer have a job at the casino. Employees are concerned for retaliation as it has been said that if these concerns were reported that there "would be hell to pay."Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 150
