Employees work in close proximity to one another without social distancing. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Employees do not enforce the face covering mandate on customers. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum 6-feet of separation between persons/patrons in public spaces.
