1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days. A night shift employee tested positive for COVID-19 and has continued working while showing symptoms. Employees on the day shift have not been informed of the positive COVID-19 diagnosis and have not been offered to take a COVID-19 test. 2.
