1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and has continued working while showing symptoms. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Management staff has been seen removing masks or wearing them inappropriately. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees.
