1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees. Employees are seated within 6 feet of each other. An employee recently tested positive for COVID-19, and the employer has not required surrounding employees to complete the self-quarantine. Additionally, employees frequently work and walk by each other without face covers, and cubicle walls are not high enough to count as barriers between employees. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Management has been observed not wearing face covers while around other employees. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to completing daily symptom assessments. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to staggering shifts/requiring telework to limit building occupancy.
