1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees. There is way too many people in the back room and not enough space to social distance considering. 2. The employer has received a complaint about this issue from Nevada OSHA in the past and has not taken appropriate corrective actions following the complaint.
