1. Employees are not washing their hands between handling transactions and serving customers. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Employees are not enforcing customer face covering use. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Point of sale terminals, the bar, and chairs are not sanitized between uses. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining occupancy restrictions. The bar is packed wall to wall during Raider's games. 5. Employees are concerned that customers are continuously smoking cigarettes and cigars to circumvent the Governor's COVID-19 Mask requirements.
