1.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Conversion Tech crew do not wear mask when working close together. 2.The employer allows employees to work more than 6 hours without a break. 3. Conversion Tech employees are working from heights while exposed to fall hazards and have not been provided with fall protection training. 4. Employees are working from heights and have not been trained on the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment including anchoring methods to ensure they are protected from fall hazards.
