1. Management is not being transparent in their communication to employees in regard to confirmed COVID-19 cases. Three employees have tested positive for COVID-19, but management only informed employees of one case. Management provided employees with an email indicating that some employees would be sent home so that data could be collected on working remotely and used to prepare a formal telecommuting work policy. A second email sent to certain IT employees indicated that deep cleaning would be performed. Employees were sent home under false pretenses. 2. The employer does not have a solid plan for a safe work environment that promotes better social distancing.
