1. Extension cords are strewn onto the floor and some cords are laying in front of entrances and exits, creating a tripping hazard. Hoses are also laying on the floor creating egress issues and posing tripping hazards. 2. Work stations have no anti-fatigue mat. 3. The forklift operators are not trained. Operators frequently drive around with the forks high in the air and directly over employees' heads. 4. The large mail bin is left open throughout the day and the lid is very heavy.
