T8CCR 3385(a)- There is a new safety coordinator being trained and the head safety coordinator is not enforcing steel toed shoes to be worn by the new safety coordinator when everyone else is required to. T8CCR 3203(a)- There are employees that have traveled outside of the country and they are not being screened prior to entering the facility by the head safety coordinator. T8CCR 3400(c)- First aid kits are kept locked and the only person with the key is the head safety coordinator. If she is gone for the day, no one else has access to the first aid kits.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
