3363(a) The department (CPMD) is located in a small single room with no windows, direct access to running water or restrooms for employee. 3225(a) There is only 1 way to enter and exit, which poses a safety/fire hazard. 3203(a)(4) The department is currently overmanned and limited on space, additional employees will only increase crowding. 5199(e)(1) Currently in violation of six feet distance requirement to meet COVID standards (while masks are worn, job requires clear and concise phone use, which requires mask removal). 5199(e)(1) Employees do not have a lounge designated to take break or eat, employees eat at their work area with all medical equipment and job supplies. 3273(a) There is no supply room for job supplies, employees are forced to house all supplies for job performance under their work center.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 100
