1541: Excavation work, workers climbing down into excavation 12ft the shoring to unhook the rigging, no ladders being used. 35ft long by 20ft wide, slide shoring. This is being set by excavator. Doesn't appear to have OSHA Permit. The ground is we and muddy. 3205: Another contractor tested positive for covid19.
