1. The employer did not implement effective cleaning and disinfecting procedures regarding a COVID-19 case. After identifying a COVID-19 case in the workplace, the employer continued to allow employees to work in the affected area and had the area cleaned while employees were still working in the area. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(B) 2. The employer has not implemented effective measures to ensure employees are wearing face coverings over their nose and mouth. Management did inform an employee that he needed to adjust his face covering to cover his nose, but the employee ignored the statement and no further action was taken by management.
