1. Employees are exposed to safety and health hazards in that there is no effective information and training on hazardous chemicals, chemical handling and dosing of chemicals contrary to 29 CFR 1910.1200 (h). 2. Employees are potentially subjected to over exposure of chemicals while in the filler rooms and the two chemical storage rooms, contrary to 29 CFR 1910.1000. 3. Employees are exposed to health and safety hazards associated with respirator issues in that proper respirators are not being warn while handling chemicals with in the filler rooms. Current PPE used by the employees are surgical masks due to COVID and face shields contrary to 29 CFR 1910.134.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-01
