1.) Employees are exposed to hazards associated with forklift operations. It was reported that forklifts are not in safe operating condition; specifically, that the tires are lacking in tread depth. Employer has not implemented an effective powered industrial truck program. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.178. 2.)Employees are being exposed to slip hazards at the facility. It was reported that there are puddles of water that present slip hazards to all employees while doing their work, some that have lead to injuries. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.22. 3.) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that that the employer has not implemented precautionary measures to guard against the hazards of COVID-19. Furthermore, the only step being taken is employee temperature checks, with no records being kept. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 5
