1. Patrons not being made to wear masks inside the establishment. 2. Employees not wearing fall protection (helmets & Harnesses) when climbing on attractions that are 10+ feet off the ground. 3. Work and common areas not being cleaned properly due to the lack of training of employees. 4. The capacity of patrons is not being monitored and enforced. 5.
