1. Took a covid positive resident from the Covid Wing which is properly vented and put resident in a Non- Covid Wing, which is not properly vented. So family could come in a visit them. 2. Employees were not informed that the resident was covid positive. 3. This violated our covid response and preparedness plan, intentionally, and illegally exposing residents, staff and the incoming family/ public to exposure to Covid 4.
