Regulatory Report
3515 Coolidge Road, East Lansing, 48823 Michigan, United States
1. Masks are not required among employees unless they are in direct contact with a patient. Employees often enter the building to begin their shift without wearing a mask, even if there is a patient in the lobby that they would need to walk past. 2. The office does not require employee temperature checks. 3. Up to six employees sat in a small room together in the back of the office with each desk within three feet of each other. There are no plastic barriers set up between desks, employees are not made to social distance, and masks are not worn. 4. Employees who have been exposed to COVID-19 are not encouraged to get tested, but if they get tested on their own they cannot return to work until they test negative. This was the procedure for any employee who was exposed. 5. Employees were never notified of possible exposures within the office. 6. The Practice allowed representatives from other cities to enter the building and socialize in the kitchen area without masks. 7. The employer refuses to let employees work from home even though it is possible to do so. Many employees have jobs that can be done from home, but management won't allow it. However the Practice's doctor is permitted to work from home.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 1
