1. A staff member reported a positive test for covid-19 and is permitted to work. 2. Coworkers were not informed of the positive test by management. 3. The infected staff member is able to work from home but is quarantined in an empty office. 4. The restroom, copy machine, and other shared articles are still being used by the infected staff member. 5. At the 1040 N. Towerline locations, staff are not being made aware of exposure by other staff. There has been no contract tracing or efforts to let consumers know when staff has exposed them. 6. There is no policy on instructing staff to inform consumers of exposure. 7. There is no policy that prohibits working from home. 8. The "essential worker status" is being used to disregard safety conditions in cubicle settings. There is no six feet of separation between staff in cubicles and there are no barriers in place. 9.
