1) The employer says that employees cannot refuse service to customers who do not have on a mask and cannot require them to wear one. Customers walk in the door without a mask or they will take off the mask while inside our small office. 2) Some employees have had Covid-19. 3) For months, the doors have been locked due to Covid-19. In early December, there was an incident in which a customer, without a mask on, was prohibited from coming into the building. This customer threatened bodily harm to the employees. On December 7, the employer informed employees that the doors are now to be unlocked. Employees do not feel safe with the doors unlocked due to this customer.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
