1. A staff member was working with no mask on. 2. A staff member tested positive for Covid-19 and the employer did not tell anyone. 3. The Jail Administrator was alerted to this fact and stated that they were not happy with the Sheriff and Undersheriff's decision to allow this staff member back to work so soon and that they were not mandated to wear a mask. 4. The Covid positive staff member works in the front part of the building that every member of the Corrections and Medical Staff must walk through and sometimes complete work with the public in. This staff member has to sometimes bring paperwork, mail and other items into the Corrections office where the corrections staff is when they are not in the back of the building with the inmates.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-20
