It is believed that the the employer is not taking proper precautions regarding physical distancing for COVID-19, and is not informing all employees when other employees have tested positive and have been sent home sick; condition that result in the needless exposure of other employees to the virus. 2. Patient lobby is sometimes packed with patients sitting very close to each other. 3.
